Gather Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp cold butter, cubed
6 tbsp melted butter (for tops)
¾ cup buttermilk
Hoop cheese, cubed
Mix Ingredients
Combine flour and salt
Cut in cold butter until crumbly
Slowly add buttermilk
Mix until just combined
Shape Biscuits
Knead dough 1-2 minutes
Roll into balls
Optional: add cheese cubes
Brush with melted butter
Bake to Perfection
Preheat oven to 450°F
Place on greased pan
Bake 15-25 minutes

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Dough
2½ cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1¼ cup buttermilk
6 tbsp melted butter (plus 2-4 tbsp for brushing)
Cinnamon Filling
½ cup packed brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup granulated sugar
Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp water (can use milk or orange juice)
Preheat & Prepare
Preheat to 425°F
Grease baking pan
Mix filling ingredients
Make Dough
Combine flour, sugar, buttermilk, butter
Knead 1-2 minutes
Roll into rectangle
Assemble
Brush with butter
Add cinnamon-sugar mix
Roll and slice
Bake & Ice
Bake 20-25 minutes
Mix icing ingredients
Spread on warm rolls

Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 egg
1 stick of softened butter
1 can drained corn
1 can cream-style corn
8 oz sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Instructions

Mix Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg and softened butter until well blended

Stir in both the drained corn and cream-style corn, then fold in the sour cream

Add Jiffy cornbread mix and stir until thoroughly combined

Tea Cakes

3-5 cups flour (enough to create a workable dough)
