Favorite Memory: I craved chili for a long time while pregnant with Austin. Finally, my dad made me some when I was about 4 months pregnant. I ate until I couldn't eat anymore. The next day I got so sick, come to find out the acid from the chili had helped show us my appendix was bad. I had to have emergency surgery, and I stayed in the hospital for a week. The chili helped save me and Austin.

Favorite Memory: Was figuring out this recipe. I can't tell you how many times I made this to get right because I always wanted to add to much seasoning when this is one that doesn't need it.
