Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar, ½ cup sugar
2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups flour,
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon,

3 cups quick oats,
1 cup raisins
Mix the Base
Beat butter and sugars until creamy, then add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients separately, then mix everything together gradually.
Shape & Prepare

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

½ cup shortening
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
